Our chartering desk has access to the global tanker market, enabling competitive freight procurement while managing voyage risk through professional contract management (voyage charter, time charter, bareboat charter as appropriate).

Ship-to-Ship (STS) Transfers: Our Rotterdam and Fujairah terminals support ship-to-ship lightering operations — the transfer of cargo between vessels at anchorage or alongside a support vessel. STS transfers are particularly valuable for VLCC cargoes that cannot discharge at shallower draft terminals, enabling cargo to be split and distributed to multiple smaller vessels or storage facilities. Our STS operations comply with OCIMF STS transfer guidelines and all applicable port regulations.

VLCC & Large Vessel Handling: Rotterdam’s Europoort terminal provides VLCC access — capable of receiving fully laden Very Large Crude Carriers of over 300,000 DWT. Our Houston and Fujairah facilities similarly accommodate large-draught tankers through deep-water berths and jetties. Our port operations teams coordinate pilotage, towage, mooring, and cargo transfer for every class of vessel.

Sea Freight & Documentation: We manage the complete documentary chain for international petroleum shipments: bills of lading, certificates of origin, cargo quality certificates, customs entry documentation, letter of credit compliance, and cargo insurance. Our in-house compliance team ensures that every shipment meets the export and import regulations of Kazakhstan, the EU, the USA, and the UAE.

Port Agency Services: At our terminal ports — Rotterdam, Houston, and Fujairah — we provide port agency services for visiting vessels including berthing arrangements, crew services, provisions, repairs, and husbandry. Our agents are available 24/7 to support vessel masters and owners throughout their port call.
