Our Rotterdam bunkering operation offers physical marine fuel supply for vessels calling at, or transiting via, Rotterdam — including VLSFO (Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil, max 0.5% sulphur in compliance with IMO 2020), HSFO (High Sulphur Fuel Oil for scrubber-fitted vessels), MGO (Marine Gas Oil for low-emission zones), and blended specialty grades.

Fujairah is the world’s second-largest bunkering centre and the critical refuelling point for vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz, the Indian Ocean, and routes between Europe, Asia, and East Africa. Its strategic position outside the Strait of Hormuz makes it the preferred bunkering location for vessels seeking to avoid congestion and geopolitical risk within the Gulf. Our Fujairah bunkering operation is supported by SIRE-approved double-hull bunker barges and storage tanks connected to the port’s extensive pipeline network.

At Kazakhstan’s Caspian Sea ports — principally Aktau and Kuryk — we supply marine fuel to the Caspian fleet of tankers, ferries, and service vessels supporting the country’s offshore oil and gas production operations. With Kazakhstan’s Caspian oil exports increasingly routing through the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), Caspian fleet bunkering is a growing segment of our business.
